Staff Selection, Recruitment and Training Policies

The Lake School is committed to careful human resource planning to ensure the organisation is supplied with the most suitable staff in the most appropriate positions at all times.

The Lake School of English is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all its students, especially those aged under 18. The school expects all staff to share this commitment.

All members of staff are expected to perform their duties and responsibilities in their job description to a high standard. Teachers are encouraged to be reflective practitioners in their continuing professional development and to involve the Director of Studies, the Academic Support teacher, their peers and their students in this.
